Meet Makenna, She is a dynamic woman for sure!  This little Angel came into the Bakery suffering the consequences of celiac.  Loving to bake, but having severe reactions to wheat and dairy.  She was completley frustrated that she couldn't do what she loved to do most, baking. Even Makenna started off as a volenteer, and is now treasured staff.  We often have to pull her out of the 140 qt mixing bowl by her ankles, usually when she's doing a double batch of Brownies.

Meet Maria, She is the glue that has held this place together!  I can honestly say that Maria has had her hand on the pulse of Azna since the day I recruited her!  We love our Maria, and all of the things she does for us.  Especially when she does the dishes with her tongue while wearing a silly hat!

Meet Lauren, She is a Culinary Academy Student with Celiac Disease.  She has come to train with us here at Azna Gluten Free as an Extern.  While she was attending pastry classes, Lauren was diagnosed with celiac disease.  What a great place for Lauren to come do her Externship!  Thank you Lauren for being such a hard worker, and a way cool chick!  Welcome to Team Azna!

Meet Kaylee, She was working at the Grille next door as a waitress, and would come over to the Bakery to eat!  She offered her services for a limited amount of time over the Holiday's and instantly became part of the Team Azna Family!  She is a well traveled woman, out there doing the right thing to make a difference.  You Go Girl!
