Pizza - Favorite Veggie
Ingredients:
Azna Gluten Free Pizza Crust - Large
Red Sauce (6-serving size organic marinara style - double check ingredients)
1/2 Cup Mushrooms - sliced
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Basil - Chopped
1/2 Cup Red Onion - very thin sliced
1/2 Bell Pepper Mix (red, yellow, orange) - very thin sliced
1/2 Cup Black Olives - sliced
1 Large Tomato - sliced
1/2 - 1 Cup
Follow Your Heart Mozzarella (non-dairy) Soy Cheese - shredded
Directions: Spread sauce on frozen crust and layer ingredients as follows: Basil, Tomatos, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives and place the soy cheese on top! You can get the soy cheese to melt by drizzling a wee bit of fresh garlic Earth Balance on top before baking. Place on cookie sheet and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and veggies are cooked al dente.
