CALZONE - Gourmet Style
Ingredients:
NEW! Azna Gluten Free Frozen Pizza Dough (Pick up in Cameron Park Only)
Take your pizza ingredients, and roll your dough, fill the inside with toppings and sauce and flip over and pinch shut like a pie. Bake at 350 degrees Farienheit for about 20 minutes.
PIZZA - Gourmet Style
Ingredients:
Azna Gluten Free Pizza Crust
White Sauce (See recipe on this page)
1/2 Cup Grilled Asparagus Tips
1/2 Cup Red Onion - very thin sliced
1/2 Cup Tomato - diced
Garnish: Black Olives - Sliced
1/2 - 1 Cup
Follow Your Heart Mozzarella (non-dairy) Soy Cheese - shredded
Directions:
Spread white sauce on frozen crust and top with remaining ingredients. Garnish as desired with olives. Place
on cookie sheet and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through.

White Sauce
Ingredients:
1 c. Silken Tofu or Veganaise (grape seed mayo)
8 oz. Vegan Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped & Dried Parsley
1 tsp. Course Multi-Colored Black Pepper Corns
Directions: Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth. Thin with water if needed.
HOMEMADE PIZZA - Veggie
Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Course Rice Flour
Red Sauce (6-serving size organic marinara style - double check ingredients)
1/2 Cup Mushrooms - sliced
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Basil - Chopped
1/2 Cup Red Onion - very thin sliced
1/2 Bell Pepper Mix (red, yellow, orange) - very thin sliced
1/2 Cup Black Olives - sliced
1 Large Tomato - sliced
1/2 - 1 Cup Daiya Rice Cheese or Follow Your Heart Mozzarella (non-dairy) Soy Cheese - shredded
Directions: Take the cold defrosted dough, and roll out on a dusted board. You can roll it thin and bake it fresh with toppings. OR pre-bake a thicker crust for 6-8 minutes, then top and bake.
Layer ingredients as follows: Daiya Rice Cheese, Basil, Tomatos, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives. If you are using the soy cheese, place it on top and you can get it to melt by drizzling a wee bit of fresh garlic Earth Balance on top before baking. Place on cookie sheet and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and veggies are cooked al dente. You can choose ANY TOPPINGS! Have Fun!
