My boyfriend brought me a box of baby bites for Valentines day and I absolutely love them!! I plan of making a special trip to Cameron Park (I live in Midtown Sac) this week just to visit your store. Recently found your products at the new Whole Foods in Roseville and we love them. Taste is amazing. Texture perfect. We were lucky enough this evening to pick up the Baby Bites. Yummy! Hi Dawna, I love your website - I too am a food/cookie/gluten free holic. I have been feeding people for over 40 years (but I'm still only about 25 in cookie monster years). I am interested in opening a gluten free bakery in 2009 in Kansas City, Missouri and would like some advice, encouragement, and possibly some mentoring... or whatever you would (could) offer someone who shares your passion for good eating. I am not a celiac, not do I have an autistic/celiac child. I love food, feeding people (especially malnourished children in the US and abroad thru mission work) and desire to open a gf bakery with delectable desserts such as yours - my regular desserts look like your website pictures and I am working on more gluten free favs for my celiac and vegan friends (and other health concious people I know, like myself).
